High-quality macroporous synthetic polymer. Absorbs organic substances, including tannins released from wood, and makes water clear. Removes soluble and insoluble impurities, does not affect pH and only minimally affects supplements. Controls ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates by removing nitrogenous organic waste. Instructions: Rinse before use. Can be used in any type of filter. For best results, place in a strong water flow. A fine-mesh filter bag is included: 250 ml treats up to 1,000 liters. The color darkens when the product is exhausted. Can be regenerated with bleach: soak the bag in a 1:1 bleach/water solution for 24 hours, then rinse under plenty of running water and soak it for 2-3 hours in water and ABA ONE. To speed up the process, use pure bleach and, after rinsing, soak it directly in ABA ONE. If the filter bag falls apart, it should obviously be replaced.
